Lonneke van Moorselaar (1976) has ample experience as a corporate tax lawyer in the Dutch national and international tax practice, among which advising on the tax aspects of:
- mergers, demergers and other group reorganisations;
- M&A transactions;
- fund structures;
- listings;
- real estate transactions;
- employee incentive schemes; and
- holding and finance structures.
Lonneke graduated from the Universities of Utrecht and Amsterdam in Netherlands Law and Tax Law respectively. From 2001 to 2017 she worked as a tax lawyer at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam, Luxembourg and New York. In New York, in 2006, she also worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Lonneke is a member of the Dutch Association for Tax Advisers (NOB).
