David den Dekker has extensive experience in the international tax advisory practice, with a focus on the tax aspects of:

•             (cross-border) reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions;
•             holding and finance structures;
•             investment funds; and
•             financial products and structured finance transactions.

David studied Fiscal Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (2010). He previously worked at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam and New York, and as tax manager at Randstad. David is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
